The Town of Summerdale is soliciting bids for lighting improvements.
Sealed bids will be received until 9:30 a.m. on Monday, June 30, 2025, at Summerdale Municipal Complex, 502 W Lee Ave Summerdale, AL 36580. Bids will be publicly opened and read at that time.
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 1:30 P.M. on Thursday, June 19, 2025. at Summerdale Municipal Complex, 502 W Lee Ave Summerdale, AL 36580.
Bid should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Lighting Improvements” Include the name of the bidder and the date and time of the bid deadline on the front of the envelope to:

Bids may be delivered in person, by carrier, or by mail. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to see that his/her bid is received in proper time. Late bids, faxed and e-mailed bids will not be accepted.
